Ingredients

  • ¾ c chopped onion
  • ¾ c quartered small mushrooms
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • ¼ T rubbed sage leaves
  • 2 large baked potatoes
  • 6 oz soft tofu
  • mashed
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1/8 t white pepper
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley

  1. Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake on the center rack of the oven for one hour at 425. Then re-set oven to 350.
