THANK YOU FOR HELPNG US CELEBRATE ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL MAHJONGG TOURNAMENT
I want to thank you all for supporting us in our recent Mah Jongg Tournament. We manage to pull this event off only with the help of a lot of kind souls in a lot of different capacities. For some it is to lend their help in the kitchen with food prep, set-up, serving, and clean-up. For others, it is by signing up and playing in the tournament (granted one of the more fun ways to support us). And for others, it is collecting and tracking payments, entering scores, breaking down tables, and moving every last chair in the sanctuary — more than once. And many have taken on more than one of those jobs.
And I couldn’t do this at all if not for the constant support of my partner, Robbin Alpert, who has been there with me in an ever-increasing role from the beginning, some 20 years ago.
